Join the team making Momio – the first mobile social media for kids! Together with a Community Manager and antoher Community Supporter you will make sure that Momio is safe and fun for the users in the Netherlands and Belgium. The job is perfect for a student.
Your tasks will be:
• Answering support emails from users and their parents
• Keeping our users safe working with SAFEGUARD – Momio’s safety system and processes
• Occasionally translating short texts from English to Dutch
You need to be fluent in written Dutch on a native level. Being interested in online safety is more important than your previous work experience, but it will be an advantage if you have worked with customer service or children.
You will mainly work evenings, weekends and holidays. It’s extremely important that you are flexible even with a short notice. Most weeks you will work 5-20 hours. During the holidays of our Community Manager, you may work up to 30 hours a week, some of it during daytime.
You will be able to work most of your hours from home but we expect to see you at the Copenhagen office at least once a month.
It is our mission to give kids a great first social media experience, surrounding them with good friends in a free, playful and safe environment. Our product is Momio, a social mobile community for kids. Momio is developed as a mobile first product and it’s live in DK, SE, NO, FI, NL, DE, AT, CH & PL.

Please note! The majority of the interviews are being conducted 23. – 24.11.2017. Training will start 27.11. We need your help already during Christmas, so it is a requirement that you are available 14. – 30.12. at least for some hours a day. The work during Christmas can be done from outside of Copenhagen.
