We are a scale-up SaaS company looking for a People & Culture Manager to support us during the next chapter of our growth journey. We are close to 60 employees and need help building and managing our People & Culture function, our talent acquisition and engagement activities. You will be reporting to the CFO and will work directly with the leadership team in shaping the future Autoflows.

Challenges that await you

As our People & Culture Manager, you will step into a key role in Autoflows with the mandate to support, shape, and drive our people agenda, processes, and priorities. You will be responsible for delivering on a variety of tasks, from operational people-related matters to engagement initiatives. This is a great chance to contribute to shaping the People & Culture function and make a meaningful contribution, while working closely with the leadership team to advance the people agenda.

We imagine you are a motivated HR professional who knows how to create a high value and business focused people agenda and that you thrive in navigating the unknown in a scale-up SaaS company. You enjoy building processes and are a strong project manager.  You have experience working with a leadership team and have a functional toolbox and confidence to dive into operational issues.

As a person, you are curious, proactive and take ownership of your tasks. A scale-up is a busy and sometimes fast-paced environment so it’s important to communicate clearly and follow through on agreed deliverables. As you will be driving talent acquisition together with the hiring managers, it is important that you have experience hiring for SaaS companies.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Build the People & Culture function within Autoflows including all relevant processes and activities

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify the specific talent acquisition needs and develop a tailored recruitment plan

  • Drive and manage the end-to end recruitment processes, including search on LinkedIn, screening candidates, interview facilitation and candidate assessment

  • Coordinating a great onboarding process – and continuously improving this.

  • Supporting managers on people related matters such as navigating sensitive employee matters, performance management and growth talks.

  • Supporting colleagues regarding holidays, leave and other legal and policies related matters

  • Responsibility for our engagement and social activities – for example our summer company day, our Christmas party, celebrations and gifts.

  • Source, implement and manage a new HR system

  • Maintain employee data in our HR system and report these to management

  • Develop and maintain our policies, contracts and employee handbook

  • Support in implementing processes around Arbejdsmiljø organisation (Work environment organization)

About you

You are an experienced People & Culture Manager and are familiar with the typical tasks within the role, like organizational development, talent acquisitions, operations and leadership sparring. What is more, you:

·         You have an educational background as cand.merc.hrm. or cand.merc.psyk. or similar.

  • Have worked 5+ years with a full employee lifecycle and are comfortable facilitating change projects involving many stakeholders.

  • Have a good commercial understanding, preferably from SaaS and experience with aligning HR closely with business goals

  • May bring experience from working with building performance culture, reorganizations, and developing leadership skills – but certainly you have the experience, toolbox, and personality to empower our managers in their roles.

  • Skilled in recruitment, sourcing in LinkedIn, use of cases, competency interviewing and test feedback.

  • Extensive experience with HR Processes such as onboarding and employee experience.

  • Understanding of Danish Employment law.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Clear communication skills in both English and Danish and the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders.

  • Experience with implementing and managing HR systems
