As the Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll be in charge of planning and executing marketing campaigns that convert hospitality companies into loyal customers of Singa's karaoke and business solutions. Your role will be pivotal in driving growth through innovative paid advertising and lead generation initiatives, all while spreading the joy of singing globally.
Singa’s modern karaoke solution is trusted by by top-tier competitive socializing operators and entertainment venues such as O'Learys, Funlab, Roxy Leisure, Boom Battle Bars, and Moyagi as well as over 1300 other bars and nightlife venues across the world. Your job is to harness existing demand and spark new interest among our target audience.
Paid Customer Acquisition: Drive sales pipeline growth with sustainable and scalable paid lead and demand gen campaigns
Market and Customer Insight: Recognize where our prospective customers spend their time and focus efforts on platforms and channels where our potential clients are most active.
Customer Challenges and Solutions: Understand our customers' main challenges and articulate how our solutions and karaoke address these issues.
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Align closely and communicate regularly with the sales team to ensure seamless lead transfer and joint prospect targeting, as well as with customer success and product teams.
Must have
Proven track record in B2B marketing within a SaaS environment
Mad paid ad skills (Google and Meta)
Solid understanding of the whole B2B marketing funnel
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess marketing effectiveness and optimize strategies.
Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation tools (Hubspot) to streamline and measure marketing activities.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach across departments
Nice to have
Hospitality or entertainment industry experience
Experience in B2B sales, Customer success or business development
Can produce ad copy, visuals, and video independently
Additional language skills (on top of top-notch English)
