The Org

The Org is the world’s biggest network of public org charts. We’re on a mission to make organizations more transparent. The Org is doing for the public org chart what LinkedIn did for the public resume. As a job seeker, why is it so hard to get an idea about who you'll be working with? As an employee, why is there no single place to get to know your colleagues and learn how every team works? As a team leader, why can't you study how similar companies operate and apply their processes and learnings on your own team? We lead by example, and operate honestly and transparently, to show the world the value of transparency in business.

Too Good To Go

At Too Good To Go we are dedicated to the fight against food waste! Food waste is a huge global issue, with one-third of all food produced being wasted, a landfill is overflowing and our environment is really suffering the consequences. And it's not just about the food itself, it's all the resources that went into producing the food, the land, the water, the labour. It's a sad state of affairs and we're on a mission to inspire and empower everyone to take action! Our platform allows people to buy surplus, unsold food from restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakeries etc. that otherwise would have to be thrown out. Through our app, everybody can make a difference by 'saving' perfectly good, delicious food from going in the bin.

Donkey Republic

Donkey Republic is a publicly listed micro-mobility company headquartered in Copenhagen. We operate bike-sharing systems across Northern Europe under long-term tender and concession contracts and licensed agreements with municipalities and transport authorities. In 2025 we recorded DKK 166M in revenue across a fleet of approximately 23,000 active bikes. With the award of two landmark contracts in Dusseldorf and the Ruhr region, our operational fleet will grow to 30,000+ bikes in 2026. Our strategy, 'Ride and Do Well', is built on the conviction that reliable, city-integrated bike sharing changes how people move. Delivering on that means winning the right contracts in the right cities across our focus markets of DACH, Benelux and the Nordics. Almost all of our growth comes through public procurement. The tender function is not a support function here; it is the commercial engine.

All Gravy

All Gravy: All the people stuff in one employee app - built for hospitality Hospitality is one of the largest employment sectors in Europe. It's also one of the most chaotic to operate. The average multi-site restaurant group or hotel brand manages hundreds of hourly workers across dozens of locations - none of whom sit at a desk, have a work email, or receive information through the same channel twice. The result is predictable. New starters show up on day one not knowing what to do. Training happens inconsistently, or not at all. Managers spend half their day answering the same questions on repeat. Communication happens in WhatsApp groups that the business doesn't own, can't audit, and can't control. Staff churn - already the highest of any industry, averaging 75% annually - gets worse. And operators have no way of knowing why. The tools that exist to solve this were built for office workers. They assume laptops, corporate email, and people who sit still. Hospitality doesn't work like that. All Gravy is the fix. We're a communications and learning app built specifically for multi-site hospitality operators - restaurant groups, hotel brands, contract caterers, quick-service chains. Our customers typically manage between 200 and 1,000 staff across multiple locations in the UK, Scandinavia, and Germany. The product gives operators one place to run everything people-related: Staff communications - a branded, structured feed that works like social media. Managers post to the right people by location, role, or team. Employees are notified. Everything is documented. No more WhatsApp chaos. Onboarding journeys - automated, role-specific sequences that start the moment a new hire is added to the system. They arrive on day one prepared, connected to the brand, and knowing what's expected of them. Training and learning - a full LMS designed for deskless workers, supporting both digital courses and in-person sessions, with attendance tracking, completion records, and automated reminders built in. Digital handbooks - a living, searchable library that employees access from their phone. Update once, everyone sees it instantly. No more outdated PDFs or laminated binders no one reads. AI assistant - trained on the operator's own content, not the internet. Employees get instant, accurate answers to questions about policies, procedures, and their role. Managers stop answering the same things over and over. The employee experience looks and feels like a social media app - because that's what people actually use. Adoption is high because the product meets people where they already are. The admin side is a web dashboard where operators build and manage everything centrally, with full visibility into engagement, training completion, onboarding progress, and team sentiment across every location. The problem is big. There are roughly 90 million deskless workers in Europe. Hospitality alone employs millions, with vacancy and churn rates that cost the sector billions in lost revenue every year. The tools available to operators haven't kept up with what the problem actually requires. The opportunity is clear. Operators who invest in their people's experience - making them feel informed, connected, and supported from day one - see measurably lower turnover, better training compliance, and lower management overhead. All Gravy makes that investment easy, scalable, and consistent across every location in a business. We've raised €5.8M+ to date, backed by Moonfire Ventures, Scale Capital, and a syndicate of angels including senior operators and investors from Google, Deliveroo, and Peakon. Our customers include some of the largest hospitality operators in Northern Europe. We're building the operating layer for the front-line hospitality workforce - the infrastructure that makes it possible to run a great team at scale, not just at one site, but across all of them.

Contimo

Contimo is building a closed, publisher-controlled native advertising platform that helps premium Nordic publishers and brand advertisers run end-to-end native and affiliate campaigns. Native advertising has stayed out of the programmatic race to the bottom. That's the good news - it's still the publishers' premium on-site offering, with the margins and brand-safety story to match. The bad news is that native has remained almost entirely manual. Campaigns are hand-built, sold direct, and optimized by humans - operationally expensive on both sides of the deal. The format works, but it doesn't scale. A premium product ends up under-earning relative to its potential, and the operational drag is increasingly the reason publishers can't grow it. Contimo runs the full chain: the teaser on the publisher's front page, the advertorial it links to, and the cross-publisher distribution and yield optimization underneath. We integrate at DNS level and host advertorials server-side, so the ad lives on the publisher's own domain. AI assists advertorial content production at scale. A closed marketplace connects premium publishers directly with brand demand. Publishers see every campaign in real time and retain veto.

Pleo Technologies

Looking back at Pleo’s journey, there’s one thing that has stayed the same, and that’s ‘going beyond’. That’s why today our customers don’t just expense, reimburse, report, submit, or close the books. They Pleo it. All of it. Company spending should be delegated to all employees and teams, be as automated as possible, and drive a culture of responsible spending. Finance teams shouldn’t be siloed from the rest of the organisation – they should work in unity with marketing, sales, IT and everyone else. www.pleo.io

Our intelligent software automatically follows the ball to create a broadcast view, while allowing you the controls with a simple click of you mouse. Our solution is developing better athletes. Tiimo | AI Planning & Productivity

The world wasn’t built for neurodivergent people - but we’re changing that. Tiimo is a radical reimagining of what planning can be when it’s designed for brains that don’t fit the mold. ADHD, Autism, executive function challenges? We get it. Traditional productivity tools demand rigid structure, endless lists, and an energy level that just doesn’t match how our brains operate. So we built something better. The problem we’re solving Most planning tools assume that time feels concrete, motivation is unlimited, and reminders alone will keep people on track. That’s not reality for everyone. For neurodivergent folks - people whose brains process information, time, and focus differently - the challenge isn’t a lack of effort. It’s friction, overwhelm, and tools that don’t adapt to the way we think. The result? A cycle of frustration, missed deadlines, and feeling like we’re failing at systems that were never designed for us in the first place. Why Tiimo? Tiimo isn’t about forcing people into a system that was never made for them - it’s about rewriting the rules entirely. We’re building a world where productivity isn’t about grind culture but about actually working with your brain. A world where visual timelines replace overwhelming lists, gentle nudges replace blaring alarms, and structure is built to support, not suffocate. Founded in 2015, Tiimo was one of the first digital planning tools designed specifically for neurodivergent people. We’re a woman-founded company that has grown into a global movement, proving that productivity isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our work has been shaped by lived experience, community feedback, and the belief that different brains deserve different tools. We’re not just another productivity app. We’re a rebellion against rigid systems. A movement for accessible, intuitive, and affirming tech. If you believe in designing tools that work for people - not the other way around - you’re in the right place.
