Mediatool is seeking an Enterprise Sales Lead South Europe to lead our sales strategy, expand our market presence, and secure partnerships with top-tier clients across the region. What You’ll Do:

As Enterprise Sales Lead South Europe, you will:

  • Lead South European Sales Strategy: Execute strategies to secure multi-market contracts with tier 1 clients and establish Mediatool as the preferred media management software.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients and explore reseller programs with agencies to enhance Mediatool’s reach.
  • Optimize Sales Alignment: Structure sales efforts to align with marketing initiatives, driving outreach and effectiveness.
  • Boost Awareness: Collaborate with Marketing to create B2B campaigns that increase visibility, drive inbound leads, and grow market share.

Key Results You’ll Drive:

  • Achieve significant quarterly revenue growth and secure long-term contracts with tier 1 clients.
  • Enhance Mediatool’s competitive win rate and grow market share across South Europe.
  • Increase digital traffic and generate consistent inbound leads from target markets.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  •  7+ years of proven enterprise sales experience within South Europe, ideally in software or SaaS, with a track record of securing contracts with large clients.
  • Strategic expertise with deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitors in South Europe.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities, particularly with high-stakes clients.
  • A results-driven approach with a history of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Fluency in English and one of French, Spanish, or Italian is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales productivity tools to streamline the sales process.
