Studio manager to ensure the smooth running of our digital agency on a day-to-day basis, manage client queries as a first point of contact, administrative support for all staff and front of house receptionist duties.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supervising, monitoring and logging the support task emails from clients in relation to their websites/ other digital services provided by the company.
- Using a range of software packages including Outlook email, Excel spreadsheets and databases as well as other software packages ie. Teamworks, campaign monitor and Xero accounting system, which you will receive training for
- Working alongside the Credit controller to ensure all payments of recurring client contracts are processed and paid
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients and reporting to the Finance & Operations manager
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries as a first point of contact. Front of house duties.
- Organising meetings and managing database
- Ordering stationery and furniture
- Managing office budgets using a purchase order system
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- Attending meetings with senior management
- Assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews
Requirements/ Desirable;
- Recent experience within an administrative role, within a digital agency would be desirable but is not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both by phone and in person
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office packages and the use of online software packages
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload
