To lead and develop our community management team across multiple sites (Belfast, Ballymena & Derry~Londonderry) to deliver nothing less than a 5* experience to our Innovation Community. This is an incredible opportunity to work with researchers, early stage companies and global enterprise to co-design the new initiatives required for both business and individual competitive advantage.

To do this…we need someone who understands their customers at a strategic level, but also recognises it’s the little details that count. A listener who has a passion for communities and an appetite for action to get the job done!

Proven experience in operations and managing budgets is kind of essential but entrepreneurial or superior hotel/real estate experience would be a plus!

Key Information

- Permanent full-time contract

- Full flexibility with some attendance at evening and occasional weekend events.

- Salary up to maximum of £40k depending on experience/qualifications.
