SeeMe has exciting growth plans ahead, and with this there is a need to appoint a high-calibre Sales Manager to lead the SME business development function of the business.

About the role

Key Responsibilities

- Developing long-term client relationships across the SME market in Northern Ireland.

- Scheduling and attending client appointments.

- Following up appropriately on all client appointments, via email, phone calls, further meetings and proposals.

- Working towards agreed sales targets.

- Consistently update sales pipeline/CRM and update the wider SeeMe team at meetings.

- Sourcing and developing new business opportunities.

- Collating monthly and yearly sales analytics information.


What you will need

Required criteria

- Previous experience within business development, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

- A track record of identifying, analysing and managing relationships with and between clients, suppliers and partners.

- A high level of computer literacy skills.

- Full driving license.

Desired criteria

- Experience within the recruitment or technology industry.

- An in-depth knowledge of the local business community, particularly of the SME market in Northern Ireland.
