Skill3 is building a new way for students and early-career talent to find relevant jobs, and for companies to discover talent based on skills, potential and fit, not just titles, keywords or traditional CV screening.
The first version of the platform is already built.
Users can create a profile, upload their CV or LinkedIn profile, add education and experiences, extract skills, match against career clusters, and get relevant jobs from real job postings. Companies will later be able to match against the talent database based on skills, signals and role fit.
Now I am looking for one or more co-founders who want to help take Skill3 from product to validation, traction and eventually scale.
This is still early. That means high ownership, high ambiguity and high upside. I am not looking for someone who wants a clearly defined job. I am looking for someone who wants to build.
I am especially interested in people with one of these profiles:
1. Talent Acquisition / HR / People co-founder
You understand recruiting, talent attraction, employer branding or HR from the inside.
You might have worked with graduate hiring, student jobs, tech recruitment, people operations, talent development or workforce planning.
You can help shape Skill3 into something companies and candidates actually want to use, not just something that looks good in a pitch deck.
You would likely focus on:
Understanding company hiring needs
Talking to recruiters, HR teams and hiring managers
Shaping the company-side value proposition
Designing better matching and candidate signals
Helping validate the business model
2. Commercial / hunter co-founder
You are hungry, proactive and good at opening doors.
You do not need a fancy sales title, but you need to be comfortable reaching out to companies, booking meetings, testing messaging and turning conversations into learning and traction.
You would likely focus on:
Finding and contacting potential company partners
Running early sales and validation conversations
Building pipeline
Testing positioning and pricing
Helping create the first commercial traction
3. Technical co-founder / CTO profile
You can help build, improve and scale the product.
The first version exists, but I want someone who can take ownership of the technical direction, improve the architecture and help turn the product into something robust, scalable and reliable.
You would likely focus on:
Product development
Technical architecture
Data structure and matching logic
Integrations
AI-assisted skill extraction and job matching
Building a strong technical foundation for scale
I care more about ownership, speed and judgment than perfect experience.
You should be someone who:
Wants to build from the ground up
Can work with uncertainty
Takes initiative without waiting for instructions
Is comfortable speaking with users and companies
Wants to create something ambitious
Can challenge ideas and improve the direction
Is willing to commit seriously if there is mutual fit
Skill3 is at an early validation stage.
The product is functional, the core concept is clear, and the next step is to validate demand with students, job seekers and companies.
There is also early investor interest, but the focus right now is not fundraising. The focus is validation, traction and building the right founding team.
A real product already in progress
A clear problem space
Early traction and validation opportunities
Full transparency on the business, product and strategy
Significant ownership for the right person
The chance to shape the company from the beginning
This is not a paid employee role right now. It is a potential co-founder opportunity with equity, depending on fit, contribution and commitment.
Skill3 helps people build a skills-based career profile that can be used across jobs, companies and career transitions.
The vision is to give individuals ownership of their career data while helping companies understand, develop and recruit talent in a smarter way.
The first focus is on students and early-career talent, with real job matching and better career guidance. Over time, Skill3 can become a trusted career infrastructure layer between people and companies.
Reach out with a short note about:
Who you are
Which co-founder track fits you best
Why Skill3 interests you
What you would want to build or validate first
I am based in Copenhagen, but I am open to the right person regardless of setup, as long as there is strong alignment, ownership and momentum.
