As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the trusted guide for our customers as they implement TimeLog. Your role is to help them get set up, adopt best practices and ensure a smooth transition that drives measurable value from our platform.
You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Customer Support Ambassadors (CSAs), and Sales/BDMs (Business Development Managers) to deliver seamless implementations that set our customers up for long-term success.
Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new customers.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions and configuration to ensure adoption of TimeLog.
Translate business requirements into efficient TimeLog setup and workflows.
Act as the subject matter expert during handovers from Sales, ensuring a smooth start.
Collaborate with CSMs on success planning and early value delivery.
Share feedback from implementations with Product and RevOps to continuously improve.
Experience with working with a finance system, preferably E-conomic, Business Central, Fortnox or Dinero – and a salary system, preferably Dataløn, Danløn or Zenegy
Experience in consulting, onboarding, or implementation within SaaS or professional services.
Strong communication and facilitation skills (workshops, training, customer-facing sessions).
Ability to translate complex customer requirements into simple, scalable solutions.
Fluency in Danish or Swedish and strong skills in English.
A proactive, structured, and customer-first mindset.
