We’re looking for a Sales & Business Developer / Funding Specialist to lead client outreach, B2B partnerships, and funding efforts. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping our revenue model, building pilot client relationships, and identifying funding opportunities to secure our next stage of growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who understands startup sales, strategic partnerships, and the European funding ecosystem (grants, programs, and soft funding).
Build and manage a sales pipeline for early client partnerships (startups, SMEs, incubators)
Identify and pursue relevant funding programs (e.g. Eurostars, Innobooster, Innovation Fund Denmark, Horizon Europe)
Lead and support grant application processes with the founding team
Develop and execute our pilot onboarding strategy with paying B2B clients
Build relationships with startup ecosystems, incubators, universities, and clusters
Support investor readiness and fundraising preparation (pitch refinement, outreach)
Experience in B2B sales, business development, or startup partnerships
Understanding of the European innovation landscape, especially Danish and Nordic grant systems
Familiarity with grant writing and program applications (Innovation Fund Denmark, EU programs, etc.)
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English; Danish or other EU languages is a plus
Self-driven, organized, and motivated to build something from the ground up
