Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative designs that align with client goals and brand identity.

• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to create visual solutions for campaigns, websites, and branding.

• Design visual content (logos, brochures, ads, social media graphics, etc.) across various media.

• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, messaging, and project needs.

• Work with marketing, product, and web teams to deliver designs that support strategy.

• Present design concepts to clients/stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Prepare final files for web and digital use, optimizing for various platforms.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.

• Solve design challenges with creative, visually appealing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Graphic Design program or a related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Strong visual and conceptual skills, with an eye for detail and design consistency.

• Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.

• A portfolio showcasing your design work (personal or academic projects are acceptable).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong desire to learn and improve.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.

• Familiarity with web design principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus but not required.
