As the Co-Founder and Head of Legal at Termio, you will play a critical role in guiding our legal strategy and regulatory framework. Your expertise in Digital Laws, GDPR, IP Tracking, and privacy regulations will be key to Termio’s success, ensuring we remain at the forefront of compliance while fostering user trust and protecting business interests. You’ll be joining at a pivotal stage, where your legal direction and vision will directly shape the company’s future.

Responsibilities:

• Lead our legal strategy with a focus on GDPR, IP tracking, and digital privacy laws, ensuring our solutions stay compliant and competitive.

• Provide Guidance on product and process development, advising on all aspects of consent management, data security, and legal transparency.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to integrate privacy-first solutions that align with our mission of trust and transparency.

• Develop Policies and implement best practices for legal risk management that support Termio’s long-term growth and innovation.
