We are looking for an Information and Cyber Security Analyst to play a key role in protecting our systems, data, and customers.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and integrity of Voi's digital ecosystem. You’ll work alongside a passionate, diverse team, helping us maintain the trust of millions of riders while keeping our operations secure from cyber threats. Your mission at Voi:

• Monitor, analyse, and respond to security alerts and incidents to protect information systems efficiently.
• Advise and support engineering, IT and other departments to implement security measures and compliance requirements.
• Document and proactively propose actions needed to strengthen our security
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses and improve security posture.
• Lead specific projects such as yearly audits to ensure adherence to security standards and policies.
• Perform security reviews of third party systems
• Report security progress, risks and incidents to top management
• Ensure security awareness across the organization
• Stay updated with the latest security trends and threats to ensure best practices are applied.

What you need to embark

• 2-5 years of experience in Information Security or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001.
• Experience from owning information security objectives within an engineering organization
• Good knowledge of Security Information and Event Management
• Understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and network security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, enabling effective interaction with technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM.
• Experience in cloud security and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
