Your key responsibilities & projects include: 

• Sales Team's Technical Whisperer: Dive into the minds of our customers and prospects to understand their needs & wishes, and wave your tech wand to craft solutions they didn't even know they needed. 

• Show-and-Tell Expert: Deliver presentations and demos so engaging, even your grandma would want to buy our tech. 

• Demo Dynamo: Host product demos and webinars with the flair of a talk show host, showcasing our solutions as the next best thing since sliced bread. 

• Tender Translator: Help our sales magicians decode the cryptic language of tenders and bids, turning technical jargon into winning proposals. 

• Onboarding Wizard: Guide new customers through their first magical journey with our product, ensuring their experience is smoother than a unicorn's mane. 

• Proof of Concept Conductor: Run Proof of Concept trials with the precision of a maestro, demonstrating to prospects that our platform isn’t just smoke and mirrors. 

• Contract Craftsperson: Team up with the CCO to weave the technical threads of contract negotiations, turning them into solid gold agreements. 

• Tech Trouble-shooter: Respond to technical SOS calls faster than a superhero, ensuring every customer feels like they have their own personal tech sidekick.
