We’re looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in Dublin or Helsinki! 

🧩 In this role, you will… 

  • Take ownership of the DACH market and grow the business together with Account Executives
  • Build a strong network of marketing professionals in the DACH market
  • Be a part of amazing company culture and work with an awesome team of SaaS sales professionals 
  • For you to be successful in this role and to be able to achieve your goals, you’ll need the talent and drive to find new businesses and develop strong relationships quickly. We’re looking for someone who is not afraid of prospecting and speaking to customers on the phone as well as making sure you are up to date on the newest technologies and industry trends

📝 Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

  • Prospecting for potential new Supermetrics customers based on ideal customer profiles in the German-speaking market
  • Connect! You will be doing proactive outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings with our Account Executives to understand the needs/goals of each prospect
  • Update Salesforce with your activities - we love our data
  • Collaborate with the SDR and wider sales team! 
  • You’ll be reporting to the DACH team’s Sales Manager and learning from the best: picking up sales skills on the job every day and participating in sales processes that you’ve created to a closed won deal is the path to becoming a Supermetrics Account Executive yourself!

💪  This position is for you if you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • High commitment and strong track record of attaining goals
  • Positivity and desire to uplift and share knowledge with those around you. We're not competing against our team members, we’re winning together as a team
  • Experience within digital marketing or technology is a plus ➡️  you're selling to marketing & data professionals
  • Any previous SaaS, B2B or international sales experience is an advantage - but not a must as long as you have the ability to learn quickly and the determination to build a successful career in sales
  • Strong written and spoken German language skills as well as English language skills as English is our company language.
