We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Technology Specialist to join the Marketing Operations team in Helsinki or Dublin!

Owning our systems and end-to-end lead processes, ensuring that we’re built for impact, agility, and scale. 

You'll help to scale our Marketing Operations team, processes and priorities to ensure we’re built to achieve across the board and you'll be responsible for ensuring that all of the systems between marketing, sales and product are optimized and enable us to understand what works, what doesn’t and get closer to achieving our overall marketing goals.

Ideally, you’ll be located in Dublin or Helsinki. Nevertheless, we work tightly together online by having regular catch-ups with the team!

📝 Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and optimising the marketing technology infrastructure, systems and tools, to enable the entire Marketing & other teams to better segment, target and engage with prospects and customers.
  • Building a scalable function that can serve as a centre of excellence ensuring the right and seamless information flow between marketing, sales and product systems
  • Developing and managing automated email processes, landing pages, forms, data management, integrations and lead routing within the marketing automation platform.
  • Delivering lists, recommending audience builds and guiding targeting for campaigns and tactics
  • Owning the email marketing calendar - be responsible for planning and executing email marketing campaigns in close collaboration with marketing, sales and product teams
  • Managing the prioritization of projects, resource allocation, workflow, asset delivery, etc. and you serve as the central point of management for vendor contracts and the procurement of marketing resources.
  • Supporting our regional focus by developing and implementing our operations strategy for our key markets internationally
  • Increasing content scalability by leading localisation efforts across a sizable number of languages to ensure native customer experience across all assets.
  • Continually improving the marketing process and execution excellence, identifying optimisation and efficiency opportunities.

💪 This role is for you if you have:

  • Senior-level experience in marketing operations or similar roles, ideally within B2B SaaS supporting both Enterprise and high-velocity sales cycles in a rapid growth type of environment
  • Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub and good experience in Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, and more - and a perspective on the underlying processes that they enable
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to successfully partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Designed, developed and implemented full campaign & lead lifecycle management through automated platforms and Salesforce.
  • Strong sense of ownership; excellent with project/time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey intricate ideas in a simple, clear, and concise way
  • Experience as a manager building and scaling high performing teams
