About the Role

  • Outreach & Prospecting: Engage leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social platforms as well and guide leads smoothly from awareness to conversion for maximum efficiency.
  • HubSpot Mastery: Navigate leads, optimise conversions, and track progress in HubSpot.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Align strategies, offer feedback, and optimise lead quality with marketing.
  • Tools we use: Google, Slack, Airtable, Notion, Hubspot

    A bit about you

    Qualifications / Experience:
    • Hubspot expertise
    • Goal-Driven Sales person
    • Requirement - Business level understanding of English, as this is the working language
    • Nice to have -  business level understanding of Norwegian, as selling to Norwegian companies and individuals is key
    • Utilise HubSpot for data-driven decision-making and reporting
    • Customer-centric approach to understand and meet their needs
    • Ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively
    • Prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently to meet sales targets
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
