We are looking for 2D UI Artists  who can help us out with various tasks. We are a remote team that has many years of combined experience in the game industry.

Job Description:

You will be charged with the creation and continual refinement of the art necessary for the game's UI, seamlessly integrating your work into the existing style established by the UI team. Your brush will paint hand-crafted icons and your mind will conceive fresh and innovative solutions, always grounded in a robust understanding of 2D fundamentals: color, shape, form, line work, composition, and typography.

Responsibilities:

• Aiding the UI team in discovering inventive solutions for the game's user interface.

• Conceptualizing visual alternatives to enhance the UI's aesthetic and functional appeal.

• Possessing a foundational knowledge of how UI elements are constructed and integrated within Unity, preparing assets in a manner that facilitates their ease of use by the programming team.

Requirements:

• A more profound insight into Unity is crucial.

• A passion for Real-Time Strategy (RTS) games should be at the core of your gaming experience.

• Language proficiency: All communications and outputs must be in English.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with 2D art tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.

• Demonstrable skill in creating art that is visually striking and communicates functionality effectively.

• A portfolio that displays your skill in UI design and stylized 2D art creation.

• Expertise in game UI layout, typography, and iconography.

• Experience in UX design, particularly within the video game industry.
