We provide a digital alternative to the physical whiteboards traditionally used for daily team meetings on the shop floor, with applications extending to general operations management and other Lean Manufacturing practices. The Mevisio Platform is a tool for leaders and team members to help them work smarter and more efficiently with the help of visualization and improved communication. 

Mevisio is highly customizable to the specific requirements of each client, including layout of boards and integrations with other systems, which makes the product complex but yet useful for different needs. Our main clientele comprises large, globally operating companies, and we've expanded our user base to over 50 countries in just a couple of years and there is much more to come!

What will you do?

As the Head of Engineering at Mevisio, you will be the visionary leader at the helm of our technical excellence. You will  be responsible for developing our internal processes when it comes to development and operations, to make sure they are adapted to the current phase we’re in. Except from this, Mevisio has been a certified compliant to ISO 27001 and information security will be an important part of your job.

What we think you will bring to us! 

🔹 A passion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

🔹 Master’s Degree in Computer Science

🔹 5-8 years of relevant working experience

🔹 2-3 years of proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing tech teams

🔹 You have seen a company grow from 20 to 100 persons and know what challenges that lie ahead

🔹 Deep technical expertise and a track record of building and scaling complex SaaS products

🔹 Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

🔹 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

🔹 Long experience of working with cloud applications, preferably on AWS

🔹 Good knowledge about information security and ISO 27001
