What you will be doing:
Drive a high volume of daily outbound efforts within your assigned target accounts as well as white space to create qualified opportunities
Expand the Pocketlaw solution beyond the functionality introduced during the implementation process and consistently seek new business opportunities by presenting, recommending, and upselling new features and solutions.
Develop and execute a strategic plan for your territory
Provide accurate, timely reports, and forecasts, as needed, for management
Maintain current and accurate account information, as well as leads and follow-ups for assigned clients in CRM database
Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams
Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
Who you are:
A stellar Account Executive, passionate about sales
A data-driven - you can leverage and communicate using data to improve KPIs that matter to the SMB segment and Pocketlaw’s overarching strategy
Can support the business in cross-functional projects to drive progress in the business
Is excellent in time management and organizational skills - you have a “can-do” attitude and enjoy working high-level as well as very hands-on
Proven track record meeting/exceeding individual sales targets and quotas
Minimum 2 years of sales experience
Ability to work as a team, as well as independently
Experience in using CRM and other software to manage and forecast sales opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Swedish, to be able to interact effectively at all levels of an organization
