We are developing a next-generation electric car, which offers a revolutionary 1000 km range while being significantly more sustainable than any electric car on the market today. Just as we are pioneering innovation in our product and technology, we are in search of an emerging marketing and branding manager to lead our brand's marketing and branding direction and play a pivotal role in taking our company to new heights.
Shape the Direction of a New Electric Car Brand: Your vision will play a leading role in shaping the marketing and communication style, as well as the overall brand identity. Your role will involve coming up with captivating and innovative approaches to showcase AIRY to investors and customers, utilizing digital as well as traditional channels as you see fit.
Direction of Content Creation: You'll wield full creative control to steer the content production necessary for bringing your brand vision to life. This involves seamless collaboration with our in-house content expert or external agencies, as you deem most suitable.
Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies: You will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies across various digital channels to generate leads for both investors and customers. This will include overseeing and executing organic as well as paid campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Google, and other relevant channels.
Budget Management: Manage the performance marketing budget efficiently, ensuring that spending is allocated effectively to drive maximum results and meet our OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize spend and achieve cost-efficient acquisition.
Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization: Drive the generation of high-quality leads through various performance marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling landing pages and marketing assets that drive conversions and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools and data insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide regular reports to the management team on key performance metrics and KPIs.
A/B Testing and Experimentation: Continuously experiment and conduct A/B tests to optimize performance marketing efforts. Analyze the results to identify successful tactics and iterate on strategies for better campaign performance.
Project Planning and Coordination: Help develop comprehensive project plans for marketing initiatives, outlining timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the design, development, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives and ensure a cohesive user and customer experience from acquisition to retention.

Strong portfolio: The ideal candidate doesn't have to have 5 years of experience, but must be able to demonstrate a high level of competency, and ideally a portfolio showing great taste in the style and a strong ability to build and manage innovative marketing campaigns.
Data-Driven Mindset: Possess a strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns effectively.
In-Depth Knowledge of Performance Marketing Channels: Demonstrate expertise in various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.
Creative Problem-Solving: Exhibit creativity and resourcefulness to identify new marketing opportunities, test innovative strategies, and adapt to a constantly evolving market.
Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Effective communication and collaboration are crucial in this role. The right candidate should be able to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, share campaign results, and clearly articulate marketing strategies and goals to stakeholders.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, data analytics platforms, and CRM systems is essential to streamline marketing operations and track performance effectively.
