The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Copenhagen, playing a pivotal role in transforming the financial services industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of one of Denmark's most exciting fintech products. As we continue to expand, you will contribute to refining our product, and proactively addressing and minimizing technical debt. You will collaborate with the team to create, maintain, and operate our exceptional products while actively participating in personal and team growth.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer who has a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions. As our ideal candidate, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with expertise in full-stack development. You are passionate about learning new technologies and methodologies, as well as sharing your knowledge with the team. You are results-driven, pragmatic, and have a keen eye for detail. You take ownership of your daily work and our products, ensuring that you deliver quality, maintainable code that adheres to Clean, SOLID, and DRY principles.

In addition to your strong programming skills, you have experience working with continuous delivery, code reviews, infrastructure, security, and domain services. Your natural curiosity and passion for continuous learning keep you up to date with the latest developments in the field.

The Team

Our engineering team is made up of 15 developers, several of whom specialize in data science. We are a young, dynamic, and collaborative group that places a high value on open communication, innovation, and teamwork. We come from diverse cultural backgrounds, which contributes to a rich and inclusive working environment. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone can contribute their unique skills and ideas, and our streamlined CI/CD workflow enables us to implement ideas quickly and efficiently. We communicate daily in English, which is our company language.

We primarily work on-site at our Copenhagen office, fostering a vibrant and collaborative atmosphere. However, we also offer flexible working arrangements to accommodate individual needs.
