Monthio was started in 2018 and is today a software development company with around 50 employees. Our core product, built on the newest technologies, our best-in-class data analysis and transaction classification is a B2B SaaS service that financial institutions use to automatically get an easy and clear overview of a consumer's financial situation.

What you will do

You will contribute to data analysis and transaction classification in the Finnish, Dutch, and/or German markets, depending on your background. You will help us build smarter financial solutions. In addition, you will assist and support our professional customers in solving their daily challenges.

You will become part of the Data Research team. You will also work closely with the Customer Success team and our other Analysts that work with similar tasks to you, for our other markets.

You will be responsible for

• Performing business research on the Finnish, Dutch, and/or German market

• Developing and performing data categorization

• Guiding new colleagues in data categorization practices (once you have learned it yourself)

• Performing simple data analyses

• Performing product and analytical support

• Answering questions from clients via mail or phone

• Do other ad-hoc tasks in collaboration with your teams

  
  

Who are you?

• You have a general interest in analytics and customers.

• You want to work cross-functionally to improve the customer journey.

• You are good at identifying problems and gathering data to be able to perform statistical analyses.

• It is an advantage if you have a university degree in a relevant field and previous experience in the financial sector.

• Fluent in English

• A native speaker of either Dutch, German or Finnish, with a good understanding of the Dutch, German or Finnish culture, systems and processes. It is an advantage if you speak one or more of these three languages.

• Experience or interest in data and technical set-ups (SQL)

• Experience with data visualization

• Relevant university degree & work experience
