Position Overview

As an Inbound Sales Lead, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers interested in Roest's products and services. You will play a crucial role in guiding them through their buying journey and your goal will be to convert inquiries into successful sales while delivering outstanding customer experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads via phone, email, or chat.

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and pain points.

  • Educate prospects about our products and services, highlighting their value and benefits.

  • Provide personalized recommendations that meet the customer's specific needs.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads to the sales pipeline.

  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets for lead conversion and revenue generation.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively address customer inquiries.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English

  • Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and objections.

  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone and digital channels.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
