We are preparing to launch our next product and are therefore strengthening our production team. The candidate will work on assembling, testing, and shipment of our award-winning coffee roasters.

Responsibilities 

• The work is mainly related to assembling and testing our roasters.
• Service and maintenance of existing roasters.
• Help with preparing shipments.
• Support our customers on an as-needed basis

We are looking for 

• Someone with good motor skills and the ability to do fine assembly
• Ability to check for defects and identify and distinguish between colors
• A high level of efficiency is 
• Experience in a production environment is beneficial
• Ability to read and carefully follow instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and good organization
• Good command of the English language
• Capable of working independently to a production schedule
• Ability to cooperate as part of a dynamic team and perform as a group before your individual contributions
• The candidate is expected to get involved, take charge of situations, demonstrate ownership, confront business-related problems, and continuously improve the equipment and processes
