Pacific North is on a mission to bring more freedom to watersport athletes, improving the joy and thrill of doing watersports. This is done by creating innovative watersport equipment. Pacific North's first product will be a buoyancy aid for watersports such as Surfing, Rowing, SUP, etc. with the users in focus. Hence the buoyancy aid is focusing on the use case of these sports, making a buoyancy aid that becomes a natural part of the sport.

Pacific North has a manufacturing agreement, and is expecting a product launch this fall.

Job Description:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a Co-Founder with Sales Focus.

As a Co-Founder at Pacific North, you should expect and welcome a variety of different tasks, also outside your main competencies. However, your main focus will be developing and executing sales strategies to help us scale our business. You will work closely with the other co-founders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop relationships and negotiate deals with key partners and clients, and be a part of creating more safety, joy and freedom for watersport athletes.

Pacific North has an office space in Aalborg, but accepts applications from the whole country.

• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our business objectives

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our customer base

• Build relationships with key partners and clients to drive revenue growth

• Negotiate deals with suppliers as well as sales representatives

• Lead the development and implementation of sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Collaborate with other co-founders to ensure alignment across all aspects of the business

• Be open to handling any unforeseen tasks.

Experience from watersports or sports industry is highly valued and will be accessed as a strong advantage.
