You will be a part of a dedicated and awesome team. This is not just an ordinary customer service team - which is also why we are called Team Happiness. Happiness, trust, and ambition are in everything we do - teamwork is based on honesty and friendship, and we always love making new friends.

What your days and responsibilities will look like

  • Full time position
  • Responsible for communication with our members through social media, phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist in the development of new and creative initiatives to better build member relationships.
  • Answer member questions regarding member accounts, order details, cancellations, products, and general Goodiebox inquiries.
  • Be proactive in member communication to provide the best service needed.
  • Ensure system requests are done swiftly and with accuracy.
  • Daily contact with our warehouse about mistakes and make sure these will be fixed.
  • Daily contact with our technical team about technical issues/improvements.
  • Assist in reporting in collaboration with the Team Lead.
  • Working hours is mainly between 9-17

What you will bring to the role

  • You live in the Copenhagen Area
  • Fluent in Swedish (If you know other languages as well it is just a plus!)
  • You maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward our members
  • Extraordinary understanding for creating “wow” for our members
  • A deeply rooted desire to provide the world best customer service
  • Good experience with customer service, but ready to be challenged on everything you have learned before
  • Lots of energy, drive - even in busy periods
  • Good adaptability and ready to acquire new knowledge
  • Proactive & detail-oriented
