We are looking for a Customer Success Analyst with an interest in data analysis and in supporting our customers to help them achieve their goals.

Monthio was started in 2018 and is a software development company with around 40 employees. We’re scaling rapidly with new clients signing, which is why we need you on our growing Customer Success team. Our core product is a B2B SaaS service that financial institutions use to automate their decision-making when providing loans. Using the newest technologies, our best-in-class data analysis and transaction classification helps our customers get a clear and intuitive overview of the financial situation of their customers.

We are looking for a person who

• is self-driven and not afraid to be hands-on

• is tech-savvy and has an interest in the fintech sector

• is interested in data analysis

• is a great communicator

• is structured with the ability to adapt to new situations

• thrives with problem-solving and is service-minded  

• speaks and writes Danish fluently and has a good command of English

If you have experience - or interest - in SQL, this would be an advantage as we use Azure Data Studio to query data for our analyses. We use T-SQL.

About the job

We are looking for a full-time employee to join the team, and we expect that you can stay with us at least one year.

Your responsibilities:

• You will take the lead on delivering outstanding customer support, by replying to customers’ technical and data questions via email, chat, and phone

• You will perform simple data analysis 

• Perform product and analytical support

• You will develop and perform data categorization

• You will do ad-hoc tasks in collaboration with your team and the Data Science team
