We are looking for a Data Analyst with an interest in data analysis and in supporting our customers to help them achieve their goals.

Monthio was started in 2018 and is a software development company with around 40 employees. We’re scaling rapidly with new clients signing, which is why we need you on our growing Data Science team. Our core product is a B2B SaaS service that financial institutions use to automate their decision-making when providing loans. Using the newest technologies, our best-in-class data analysis and transaction classification helps our customers get a clear and intuitive overview of the financial situation of their customers.

We are looking for a person who

• thrives with problem-solving and is service-minded  

• speaks and writes Danish fluently and has a good command of English

If you have experience - or interest - in SQL, this would be an advantage as we use Azure Data Studio to query data for our analyses. 

We expect you to be familiar with SQL or T-SQL as we use Azure Data Studio to query data for our analyses. We further expect you to be familiar with data visualization tools. We use Tableau, so experience with Tableau would be an advantage.

About the job

We are looking for a full-time employee to join the team, and we expect that you can stay with us for at least one year. 

Your responsibilities:

• You will assist our Customer Success team and our Data Science team perform various data analyses

• You will manage dashboards in Tableau

•  You will help do data categorization and find areas of improvement

• You will do quality assurance of our current categorization, to ensure accuracy

• You will help our support team with doing support when needed

• Other ad-hoc tasks in collaboration with the Data Science and Customer Success teams
