About the position

You will be responsible for driving the business development at Vilje Bionics. You will play a crucial role in identifying and realizing new business opportunities, ensuring strategic growth, and expanding our network of partners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our customer base and revenue streams.

  • Conducting market analysis, including monitoring and analyzing competitive landscape, industry trends and socioeconomic developments to identify emerging opportunities or potential threats.

  • In close collaboration with CEO, developing and executing business development strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and regulatory agencies.

  • Participate in negotiations, contract creation, and partnership agreements with potential clients and partners.

  • Providing input and guidance on product positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies to drive successful commercialization.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to align business development efforts with product development, regulatory, and quality assurance requirements.


About You:

We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications and qualities:

  • Higher education (BSc/MSc) in economics, business administration, medicine, innovation, marketing, or another relevant field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the health technology or startup environment.

  • Analytical skills and the ability to identify and leverage business opportunities.

  • Good business acumen and the ability to develop and implement strategic growth plans.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and preferably in a Scandinavian language.

  • Self-driven and proactive with the ability to handle complex projects and tasks.
