The opportunity

We seek an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team, working closely with the CEO to drive our organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring plan. In this key role, you will be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities to fuel our growth and leading our growth hacking and digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to accelerate growth

• Develop and execute growth hacking and digital marketing strategies, including paid ads and conversion rate optimization

• Optimize the value chain to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Collaborate with the CEO to establish a comprehensive operational strategy

• Leverage startup/scale-up experience to guide our continued expansion (preferred, not required)
