Do you want to be Monthio’s Business Development Representative (BDR) with a focus on the Finnish, German, Spanish, or UK markets?

Do you want to be a Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting Monthio in selling revolutionary fintech products? 

Monthio is a fintech company established in 2018 with the ambition to redefine financial services. We offer a B2B SaaS product that financial institutions use to determine creditworthiness and optimize their decision-making when providing loans. 

We are looking for a person who 

  • Find and connect with potential clients using various methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve shared business goals.

  • Initially work 10-20 hours per week however there will be potential for full-time opportunities.

  • Have a basic understanding of financial terms and how banking works in a specific market.

Ideal Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience selling IT software to the financial sector is an advantage.

  • Ability to confidently make cold calls and write emails 

  • Skilled in navigating conversations with various stakeholders 

  • Strong verbal/or written communication abilities in either Finnish, Spanish, German, or English.

  • Analytical skills to understand customer needs and identify solutions.

  • Ambitious, goal-oriented as well as a  team player.
