Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Publish financial statements on time
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Gather and monitor financial data (e.g., sales revenues and liabilities)
• Forecast costs and revenues
• Prepare budgets
• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
• Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
• Analyse financial trends
• Perform month-end and close year-end processes

Qualifications / This is you:

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures (Norwegian regulation)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software. We currently use Fiken but are willing to change.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree
• Work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
• Excellent math skills with attention to detail
• Time-management abilities
• Confidentiality
• BSc degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field

Who we are

Our vision is to make premium coffee accessible to everyone. To succeed, we are going to challenge several parts of the coffee value chain – from production to roasting and brewing. We have launched our first product, an award-winning professional sample roaster for quality control. Our following product is under development. ROEST is developed and produced in Norway, but our market is global. Currently, we have
