As a Communication & Marketing Intern, you will help promote the DEI agenda by developing content, external communication, and marketing material. We work with global companies and organizations, especially within the financial industry – from asset managers to data providers. We do this to create accountability and empower better and more sustainable investment decisions based on DEI data and ratings. Communication and marketing plays a crucial role in our growth, and you will be part of supporting our activites and strategies. You are passionate about Denominator’s mission and think out of the box.
As an intern at Denominator, you will be an important part of our business. We need great ideas and creative minds; therefore, you should thrive in bringing ideas to the table. Throughout the internship, you will gain deep insights into DEI and ESG agendas globally while developing your professional and personal skills – and we surely also hope to learn something from you. You will be working in a global environment with mission-driven team members across various departments – and a unique chance to make a mark on the world of DEI.
You are studying for a relevant master’s degree or equivalent and is able to do the internship full-time. For the right candidate, we offer one day off weekly e.g., to follow a maximum of 10 ECTS points. If the internship includes writing an assignment or report, flexibility will be provided in the final stage of the internship.
Create content to promote the DEI agenda with data as the underlying driver
Strengthen our communication to create global awareness
Monitor DEI/ESG trends worldwide, especially in the US and Europe
Optimize SEO and track performance on Google Analytics and LinkedIn
Be part of designing communication and marketing activities
Closely collaborate across all functions in the company
Are interested in DEI/ESG and sustainable investment
Are creative and can execute end to end your ideas
Are fluent in English – knowledge of any other languages is an advantage
A plus if you have experience with Canva, SEO and paid media (LinkedIn)

The internship is full-time and starts August 15th or September 1st, 2023, and ends January 31st 2024. For the right candidate, the start/end date is flexible. Depending on the location of the candidate, the internship can be hybrid (Copenhagen, Denmark), or remote.
