The internship

As a Growth Intern, you will help strengthen Denominator’s existing business partnerships and build new relationships. We work with global companies and organizations to help them identify risks and opportunities from a DEI angle and direct resources to the right places. You will work closely with our Growth Team and CEO to identify new opportunities and witness how Denominator’s DEI data and ratings make an impact on society and people around the world.

As an intern at Denominator, you will be an important part of our company and support the development and implementation of our growth strategies with hands-on experiences. Throughout the internship, you will gain deep insights into DEI and ESG agendas globally while developing your professional and personal skills – and we surely also hope to learn something from you. You will be working in a global environment with mission-driven team members across various departments – and a unique chance to make a mark on the world of DEI.

You are studying for a relevant master’s degree or equivalent and is able to do the internship full-time. For the right candidate, we offer one day off weekly e.g., to follow a maximum of 10 ECTS points. If the internship includes writing an assignment or report, flexibility will be provided in the final stage of the internship.


Your day-to-day will involve

  • Prepare sales and marketing material

  • Follow up on inbound leads and proactively contact prospects

  • Participate in client meetings (and at some point, lead them)

  • Take part in the management and expansion of our pipeline and opportunity activities

  • Support the sales process to close deals

  • Closely collaborate across all functions in the company


Qualifications – we imagine that you

  • Are interested in DEI/ESG and sustainable investment

  • Have excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel

  • Are fluent in English – knowledge of any other languages is an advantage

  • A plus if you have experience with growth activities

  • A plus if you have knowledge of the financial industry and B2B data and ratings

  • Are interested in people and curious about stakeholder relationships

  • Are a natural self-starter and well structured

  • Have a good understanding of various parts of the business

  • Get energy from getting things done

  • Can challenge the status quo and come up with ideas to improve Denominator

  • Are highly independent but work well in teams too
