About the role
Are you interested in bringing your sales skills to join an HR-tech startup with big ambitions, expansion plans and opportunities? As Sales Development Representative / SDR you will play an important role in AlexisHR's outreach and contact with new customers, both in existing and new markets, and work towards broader awareness.
In this role, you will focus on the first part of the sales cycle, i.e., prospecting, contacting, and establishing a dialog to understand the customer's needs and how Alexis can solve their problems. You will reach out to customers through different digital tools, but also through phone, email and similar. After you build a relationship with the customer, you hand them off to the account executives, who continue the sales cycle. As an SDR, you will play an incredibly important role in building a pipeline of leads and spreading awareness of Alexis' product and brand. You will be our front-line ambassador. Depending on the size of the customer, it's possible for you to manage the entire sales cycle yourself. SDR is the perfect introduction to our company and will provide you with a great foundation to take on more responsibilities in the future as you learn and grow.
You will work closely with the rest of the sales team, as well as the marketing team and customer success team. Together with the marketing team, you will develop inspiring sales material that you can use in the sales process.

This position is located in Stockholm, and you need to be able to work from the office at least 2-3 days/week. You must also be a European citizen or have permanent residence in Sweden.
Knowledge & Experience
Previous sales experience b2b of any kind is preferred.
Experience from HR Tech or SaaS industry is a big plus.
Experienced in using digital tools and platforms such as Google Meet for demos, Hubspot, Apollo, Linkedin, etc. is also a benefit.
Comfortable using phone, emails, and social media when communicating with potential customers.
Fluent in English and Swedish. Don't be shy if you know even more languages, since we are entering new markets, extra languages can be a big plus!
Strong business drive, connecting with potential customers and possibly contributing to closing a deal makes you tick!
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
Takes responsibility for your contribution and impact on both the business and your colleagues.
Open-minded and receptive to change, willing to learn and grow from experience.
