Emographics is a Danish start-up that is changing the game when it comes to employee development and mental health. We have developed a SaaS platform called Emologics, that utilizes emotional intelligence to measure the mental health and emotional states of employees. Our platform provides insights to leaders and offers strategic tools and action plans for better employee development.

As our CTO, you will be responsible for leading our development and our future team in the creation and implementation of our innovative software. You should have a solid understanding of web development and backend (language Golang) and app development for both iOS and Android (Swift + Cutlang).

Our platform offers a Mental Health Insight Report, Additional Workplace Assessment, Personality Profiles, Behavior Forecasting, Blind Spots & Strengths, and Manager strategies for Action Plans. With Emologic, leaders gain insight into their employees and what creates better well-being, collaboration, and engagement in their everyday lives. At the same time, employees gain access to tools for their personal development, including insight into their behavior and emotional intelligence, strengthening personal qualities, and mapping out their development potential.
