Who are we looking for?

Up until now, all of our resources as a brand have been focused on scaling the online businesses of the most prominent health and fitness coaches throughout the UK, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, and the USA.

It still is. But now, we’re on an exciting journey of building the Lenus brand across all external touch points, as well as continuing to build an incredible team to drive our purpose-driven, and exciting vision into the future. This is why we are looking for someone who can grow our impact in Sweden, and who has a proven track record of driving strong results with paid advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns for your own portfolio of health and fitness coaches
• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns.
• Clearly communicate results, learnings and future strategies to health and fitness coaches in your portfolio through reports and meetings
• Ability to build strong and trusting relations
• Create detailed reports from our analytics & media platforms, and translate that data into qualitative findings
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team as well as our Key Account Managers to set and meet expectations

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, buying, and executing digital advertising campaigns
• You’re a fluent Swedish speaker capable of writing compelling copywriting
• Experience with planning and advising on creative campaigns
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyse key metrics to optimise paid campaigns
• Proficiency with Facebook Business Manager
• Highly collaborative, with the ability to partner with multiple teams and brand partners.
