In eloomi, the Product Lead is a passionate and innovative colleague who works to ensure that the eloomi products position itself as market leader within HR-software.

You help shape the vision across eloomi products and create a scalable product platform for multiple product teams in eloomi.

You’ll partner closely with Tech, Design, Sales, Customer success, Customers, and Business stakeholders to find innovative but practical solutions to new product launches.

You are able to rapidly produce multiple concepts; knowing when to apply in-depth research with attention to details, and when to produce and validate rapid ideas with example internal stakeholders or customers.

You are goal-oriented, but at the same time an inspiring leader with a focus on the individual product manager, who can raise the level of our products, processes, and value we create for customers

Your objectives

• Define and drive product vision, strategy and metrics for the overall Product organization and support Product Managers on your team in doing the same for their teams.
• Take lead in running the full Product Management Lifecycle for our next generation eloomi products. Develop our Product Managers through coaching, mentoring, and management.
• Develop strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams and stakeholders including Sales, Customers Success, Tech and Support to deliver best-in-class and validated product solutions.
• Consider existing insights, technical constraints, business needs, and specific market demands to produce data-informed products.
• Innovate and develop our product management guidelines that can be used across different teams. Support leadership with research on key products initiatives and challenges.
• Perform analyses on large sets of data to extract actionable insights that will drive decisions.
• Lead research initiatives among our customers to help us be an industry-leader when it comes to LMS/LXP and People Development solutions.

Your skills and experience

• You have experience in a similar Product leadership position (Product Lead, Head of Product etc) within a SaaS business (preferably the HR or LMS/LXP space). 
• You must have a strong technical background and ideally be familiar with the latest HR Tech trends and emerging technologies.
• You are a communicative person that values building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and have the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
• You’ve shipped many products/features over the years and are skilled in understanding core product management concepts, usability and user experience principles.
• You have an aptitude for translating and documenting product ideas into presentations that can be shared with all parts of the business.
• You are motivated, self-confident and a valued manager as well as able to initiate and work hands-on. Can execute quickly when needed and at the same time with quality and show attention to detail.
• You care about the impact of your work. You have experience tracking usage of the things you build, including budgets and using the data collected to verify its effectiveness.
• You’ve a people-focused product mentality. You enjoy solving problems, big and small, glamorous and not, for all kinds of customers.
• You are constantly looking to hone your executions through user feedback. Whether through hands-on user research, or by implementing new ways.
