EFUEL is on a mission to help people consume energy in a more sustainable and efficient way. We’re building energy management networks - a combination of hardware products and software services, starting with Electric Vehicle charging. Our goal is to enable our customers to use the resources available in the electricity grid in a way that’s great for the environment, at a lower cost, and gets the job done efficiently, while being easy to understand and fun to use. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Sales Officer to lead our high-performing sales team to new heights! The team is full of ambitious and driven colleagues who are passionate about delivering our holistic value proposition to our customers. We're seeking a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful sales teams.

Your role as Chief Sales Officer
As the leader of our commercial team, including the sales team and customer excellence, you will be responsible for building, leading, coaching and developing the team to ensure they achieve their full potential.
You'll work closely with our executive team to develop and execute on sales strategies that align with EFUEL’s commercial goals and company vision. One particularly important focus of your role is to enable EFUEL to scale commercially across the Nordics. We're looking for someone to deliver our commercial budget, set the plan for the future and build a sales organization that can support our long-term growth.
