To help us work towards that goal, we're currently looking for a new colleague to join our team in Oslo as a Customer Onboarding Consultant for our Swedish-speaking customers.

Imagine Tracy, who is the HR manager in a medium-sized hospitality business. She wants to make sure payroll is managed without mistakes. She also wants her staff to be onboarded smoothly. Or let’s consider Alycia, who works as the central scheduling manager in a hospice. Her job is to staff the right people, with the right skills, at the right time and place.

Tracy and Alycia are everyday heroes who make the day work for hundreds of people. Both Tracy and Alycia rely on a subscription to Planday to do their jobs. Planday's Customer Success (CS) team ensures that clients like Alycia and Tracy are able to make the most of their Planday subscription.

For our customers to be able to use Planday effectively from day one, we rely on our Customer Onboarding Team, which helps our new customers to set up their individual Planday platform according to their needs. In this role, you will be located in our Oslo office and will be part of a team of currently six colleagues, focusing on our customers in the Scandinavian markets.

You can expect to work with the following:

• looking after international portfolios of shift-based businesses (with focus on Swedish customers)

• ensuring that our customers have the knowledge they need to make their scheduling and HR management processes simpler and more efficient
• working with new customers to facilitate custom Planday implementation, product setup and ongoing customer support
• acting as an internal representative of your customers to our internal product/engineering team

Requirements

As our ideal Customer Onboarding Consultant, you are eager to help people around you. You see solutions instead of problems and have worked in a fast-paced customer service and/or IT support role before.

If you see yourself in some of the points below, great - we’re excited to learn more about you!

• are professionally fluent in English and Swedish
• have a minimum of one year experience in a Customer Support or Onboarding role or in a leading role within one of our key industries
• understand the logic of IT systems, and easily learn new systems

• are driven, creative, respectful and curious, with strong time management skills
• are good at working independently, but always with an eye towards sharing your knowledge and success with others

It would be beneficial if you have knowledge/experience with the following – but we want to hear from you even if you don’t.

• Experience using Planday from a previous workplace and/or working knowledge of HR system, payroll systems or working time rules
