We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join our new Internal Integrations team in Helsinki.
In this role, you will…
- Lead a small team of developers to develop, design, and implement scalable solutions to support our sales, finance, and support functions.
- Enable effective collaboration between above mentioned functions and help organize proper processes and tooling for them.
- Get challenging tasks connected with improving automation for our business that will directly impact the company's success.
- Work directly with the CTO and CFO and the rest of the leadership team to ensure the effectiveness of business processes.
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…
- Defining and building the architecture of integrations between monetization group (purchasing flow and product licenses) and finance tools (Netsuite, Salesforce, etc.)
- Improving automation and internal tooling for Supermetrics' sales, finance, and support functions
- Building a new internal customer support tools website
- Bringing prospect and customer data from our internal databases to Salesforce
- Enterprise customer inhouse billing and licenses
- Teamwork planning, goal setting, and resourcing
- Resolving blockers
- Collaboration with several different stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
Technologies you'll be working with:
- PHP and/or Typescript
- React.js
- Vue.js
This position is for you if you have…
- Hand-on experience in working with different APIs, building integration, and automation
- Understanding how to organize scalable and reliable architecture
- Understanding how to work with MVPs and feature scoping
- Strong back-end programming skills in PHP and/or Typescript/Javascript
- Strong knowledge and experience with different databases (MySQL, Redis, Google BigQuery)
- The ability to gather requirements from non-technical people
- An interest in sales operations
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Gained these skills over several years of work on challenging project
Nice to have skills:
- Salesforce and/or NetSuite API knowledge
- Redis
- Frontend development
