🔥 What’s the role about...

We are looking to hire a part-time Finance Assistant, for around 15 hours per week, to help elevate our financial functions and support our finance and accounting processes across Rokoko’s parent company and subsidiaries in Copenhagen, San Francisco, and Athens. As our Finance Assistant, you will be part of our Finance team in Copenhagen, but you will also be working closely with other departments. Your key tasks will include:

• Handling accounts payable with invoice processing,
• Updating various company lists and archiving,
• Perform month-end closing tasks,
• Support Finance Controller in planning processes and daily operations,
• Assist customers with finance related inquiries,
• Ad hoc tasks with varying degrees of complexity.

🕵️ Who we really are looking for...

We imagine that you are currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent education, with a focus on finance, accounting, economics, or quantitative studies.

The ideal candidate is very structured, analytical and highly detailed-oriented. You have advanced Excel skills and experience with Finance systems such as Economic or similar is a plus. In addition, the role requires someone who is proactive and good at communicating.

If you have experience from a similar position, this is considered a big plus and general working experience in a company, preferably in the scale-up phase will also be great.
