Introduction:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and a passion for and experience in UX design. We seek a self-motivated individual eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with other designers and cross-functional teams. As a Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to help shape our products and create solutions that meet the needs of our users.

In this role, you will:

• have a flair for creativity; you're more UI/UX, than research-oriented, 
• decrease the time it takes for customers to get value from Contractbook
• design delightful and effective end-to-end user experiences 
• contribute to building a comprehensive design system
• work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to suggest improvements
• be an active member of the Contractbook design team, contributing to the growth of the team and fostering a collaborative team spirit.
  

We are looking for someone with:

• expertise in Figma and Figjam;
• comfort with Maze, and Notion;
• nice to have, exposure to toolings such as Protopie, Framer,  Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and basic HTML5 and CSS3
• mastery to enrich and expand our design system 
• passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
• portfolio with multiple examples of delivered product design, demonstrating approach and design thinking
• Rapid sketching, wireframing & prototyping, Co-creating User Stories.

3.  Case Presentation with Luke and Kelly (60 min + prep time). 
4.  Interview with our VP of Product, Jeppe and Kelly (45 min).
5. Contract negotiations, and you’re hired!
