We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to help us continue and strengthen our existing and new business partnerships. We work with global companies and organizations to help them identify risks and opportunities from a DEI angle and direct resources to the right places. You will work closely with our CEO and other caring colleagues to identify new opportunities, build relationships, and see Denominator’s DEI data and scores make an impact for society and people around the world. Furthermore, you will be a key part of the development and implementation of our growth strategy with hands on experience and a large degree of autonomy and flexibility to ensure a right balance for all parties.
Build and maintain relationships with Denominator’s partners by being the first point of contact
Follow up on interest in Denominator’s solutions and proactively build new business relationships
Manage and nurture our opportunity activities
Present and participate in conferences, webinars, etc.
Be at the forefront of DEI/ESG agendas
Closely collaborate across all functions in the company
Are interested in DEI/ESG and sustainable investment
Have (or interested in acquiring) knowledge of the financial industry and key actors
Have solid skills in PowerPoint and Excel
Are fluent in English – knowledge of any other languages is an advantage
A plus if you have experience with client relationships, and/or the data industry
Can manage partnerships and nurture relationships
Are independent but work well in teams too
Are well structured
Have a desire to improve businesses
Are interested in people and have empathy
