Job description 

SlideHub is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the team in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will help customers get full business value from our products and act as the point of contact on business accounts.  


Some of the tasks that should get you excited are: 

  • Help customer managers set-up their SlideHub accounts based on their business needs 

  • Onboard customer end-users and help them find value 

  • Host status calls with clients to help prevent churn 


 All efforts are done inbound (via the phone, emails, or video conference) and not in the field.

The role 

  • Reach out to customers by phone and email  

  • Run software onboarding demos for both admins and end-users 

  • Create general and custom videos to help clients become more successful  

  • Gather feedback from potential clients and share insights with the product team  

  • Responsible for ensuring feedback from existing customers  

  • Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns  

  • Developing and implementing client communication efforts  

  • Help guide the product management efforts via customer feedback 


About you  

  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, and communication is an advantage but not a requirement 

  • Loves to solve problems  

  • Likes to talk to clients and listens proactively to understand the client’s pains and point of view 

  • Fluent in English (business)  

  • Be proactive   

  • Have a basic business understanding  

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment  

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or communication  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English  

  • Willing to work from our office in the Meatpacking district in Copenhagen, Denmark
