Anyfin is a fintech company based in Stockholm. We provide smart tools that help put financial power back in the hands of the people – where we believe it belongs. Everything we do is based on one simple vision: to improve the world’s financial health.

So far, we’ve helped Swedes, Finns, Germans and Norwegians save millions by refinancing expensive consumer credits. But we aim higher. Who you are

We are looking for a legal counsel to drive the Data Privacy work at Anyfin. You will play a key role in enabling us to move forward on a quick and sustainable journey, with a truly impactful product that actually improves people’s finances. As a part of Anyfin’s Legal & Compliance team, you will work closely with our General Counsel and your scope will involve enabling the organisation through providing your expertise on a number of legal matters with a focus on Data Privacy. Common tasks include, but are not be limited to: review agreements, answer questions about marketing - and consumer credit regulations.

We believe you

• Have an European degree in law

• Have 3-5 years experience from either a law firm and/or privacy related work within tech, fintech, e-commerce or similar industries

• Have excellent communication skills in English

• Love to find solutions to complex problems

What you will do

• Assist the organization with assessing different types of legal risks

• Develop and execute business aligned data privacy

• Maintain relevant policies, frameworks and guidelines relating to e.g. GDPR

• Work closely with the General Counsel and other stakeholders on data privacy related topics

• Hold trainings on data privacy for the rest of the organization

• Lead and continuously improve the governance and management of privacy to reflect changing technology, regulatory requirements, and industry standard methodologies

• Additionally, you will have the opportunity to serve as Anyfin’s Data Protection Officer
