This is a unique opportunity to work in an international environment and to directly impact a positive change in investment decisions, supply chain management, and general sustainability efforts with a focus on DEI. Our audience counts the biggest companies and organizations in most sectors as well as politicians and academia.

Are you a strong communicator and thrive with sales and stakeholder relations? Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a global mindset, and a can-do attitude? We are on a journey to make Denominator’s solutions, the global standard for DEI data, and if this opportunity excites you then you might be the person we are looking for!

The role and key responsibility

We are looking for a Sales Manager to help us continue and accelerate our growth. We work with global companies and organizations, especially within the financial industry from asset managers to data providers. You will work closely with our CEO and the growth team to accelerate Denominator’s growth and drive the sales process, end to end, from generating the leads to closing the deals. This entails both direct sales and reseller partnerships. Furthermore, you will be a key part of the development and implementation of our growth strategy.

Your day-to-day involves

  • Own Denominator’s products and be the first point of contact

  • Follow up on inbound leads and proactively contact prospects

  • Manage and expand our pipeline, and bring deals to the closing line

  • Present and participate in conferences, webinars, etc.

  • Be at the forefront of DEI/ESG agendas

  • Closely collaborate across all functions in the company

Qualifications – we imagine that you

  • Are interested in DEI/ESG and sustainable investment

  • Have (or strongly interested in acquiring) knowledge of the financial industry and key actors

  • Have solid skills in PowerPoint and Excel

  • Are fluent in English – knowledge of any other languages is an advantage

  • A plus if you have experience with B2B data, scores, and ratings

Personal skills – we expect that you

  • Can manage stakeholders and nurture relationships

  • Are highly independent but work well in teams too

  • Are a natural self-starter and well structured

  • Have a holistic understanding of business

  • Get energy from getting things done

  • Want to challenge the status quo and improve our business

  • Are extrovert (or have a desire to focus on that)
