We are looking for multiple happy, real and human digital marketing interns that are ready to play a key role in assisting the Growth Marketing team in the day-to-day running of the department and will help to maximize revenue-generating opportunities across all markets. As an intern you will gain invaluable experience working in the Growth Marketing team of a growing B2C subscription company within the beauty industry. This batch of interns would be expected to be able to start in August 2023.

Digital Marketing Intern

As a digital marketing intern you will get hands-on experience and gain skills across multiple marketing disciplines. You will be an integral part of our growth team where we live and breathe to exploit the full potential of our existing channel mix, deliver growth in all our markets, and not the least exploit new growth channels. We continuously test new channels and growth projects, and it involves everything from defining the business cases and scope for testing, to properly executing with help from multiple stakeholders. Your contribution will matter and it will directly impact both top and bottom line.

What is in it for you?

• A carefully designed onboarding program geared towards creating a strong digital marketing foundation for you

• Hands-on experience working across multiple digital marketing channels, consisting of: Google Ads, both Paid Social and organic social media such as Meta, Snapchat and TikTok, Email Marketing and influencer marketing.

• Working as part of a bigger Growth Marketing team in an international, dynamic, progressive company. You will be an integral part of the team and as such included in meetings, doing analysis & planning, and you will get your hands dirty and do lots of real work, while you will have full support from a great team

• Working with and learning from our very own top notch Growth Managers, who will also be your mentors during the internship.

  
  

What your days could look like

• Creating ads and campaigns for paid social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms

• Producing emails and developing automated email flows for our members and leads

• Launching digital marketing campaigns

• Creating content to be deployed across 13 countries in Europe

• A variety of ad-hoc and administrative tasks

  
  

What you will need to bring

• You are a switched-on individual, a self-starter and a quick learner

• You have a commercial mindset and are eager to self-learn the newest trends of your field

• You possess good organizational skills, and you like working in a structured manner

• You have excellent attention to detail, and you have the ability to work to tight deadlines

• You are a flawless communicator in English. Proficiency in one Nordic language is considered a plus
